WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER LIP BLUSHING?

  • There might be some swelling, redness and bruising for the on the first few days after the procedure. Do not book a big event for that week.

  • During the initial healing period there will be mild  flaking/scabbing of the skin.

  • Expect the colour to eventually lighten by up to 60% once the healing process is complete.

WHO CAN GET LIP BLUSHING?

  • You must be over 18 years of age.

  • Cannot be pregnant or breast feeding.

  • Cannot not on blood thinners.

  • Have a serious health condition.

  • If you are prone to cold sores please inform us in advance of your treatment.

CAN PEOPLE WITH DARK LIPS GET LIP BLUSHING?

​Melanin rich lips require a technique called "Lip Neutralisation". This means 2-4 sessions are required to lighten to colour of the lips before the  wanted colour can be achieved. If you have dark lips please see us for an appointment first.
